Registration Cancellations and Amendments

Registration cancellations and amendments cannot be accepted over the telephone.
Alterations and cancellations must be sent to registration@spsb2012.com

Registration cancellations received up to 1 August 2012 will receive a full refund, less $150.00 administration fee. Registration cancellations received between 1 August 2011 and 5 September 2011 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received after 5 September 2012. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person before 5 September 2012 without receiving any extra cost penalty. Amendments and transfers made after 5 September 2012 will incur an AU$40.00 transfer fee.

All registrations received by Symposium of Plant Signalling and Behaviour will not be considered as confirmed unless payment has been received and processed by Symposium of Plant Signalling and Behaviour. Non-payment or non-attendance will be taken as a cancellation on the day of the event and will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Liability / Insurance

In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, the Symposium of Plant Signalling and Behaviour and the University of Western Australia cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by delegates. Nor can the Symposium of Plant Signalling and Behaviour or the University of Western Australia take responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during the conference or associated activities. Insurance is the responsibility of the individual delegate.
